Stands hiring
Stands will be allocated upon receipt of a signed space application form and appropriate payment. Requests for information and/or forms should be sent to info@atce2009.com or info@avapromotion.com By completing and signing the space application form, the Exhibitor is bound to the booking terms and conditions printed on the reverse of the space application form, which should be read carefully before a booking is submitted.
 Space allocation
Space shall be allocated on a first-come first -served basis; however in conflicting cases preference shall be given to the exhibitors sponsoring the Conference and exhibitors who participated in previous years.

The final decision shall be made by the Avava Global Promotion Indonesia.

Applications should be submitted as soon as possible and preferably not later than January 20, 2009.

The Organizers reserve the right to allocate space according to availability to the exhibitors whose application is submitted after January 20, 2009.

A. Shell scheme stand
  • Modular aluminum frame construction with white wall panels (100 cm x 240 cm)
  • Name boards showing Exhibitor’s name and stand number
  • Electric power and lighting (2 spots for every 6 m2 and a convenience outlet)
  • Carpet
  • Stand set-up and dismantling
B. Space-only Sites
Please note these can only be corner (two open sides), peninsula (three open sides) or island (four open sides) sites.

These prices do not include the Value Added Tax which will not be invoiced as the Organizer is VAT exempt.


Both Stand Options Include:
  • 50-word entry in the Exhibition Catalogue.
  • Hyperlink from the Conference web-site.
  • Delegate mailing list supplied after the event, excluding those delegates who chose not to receive information from suppliers under data protection legislation.
  • Supplies of Asian Tea & coffee Expo 2009 – the Conference newsletter for direct mail promotion of your products and novelties.
  • 2 free Exhibitor badges with the first 9 m2 space hired. For every additional 10 m2 an additional badge shall be provided.
